Your home by the sea
A top-specification 2022 six-berth static caravan on beautiful Beverley Bay in Paignton. Along with its sister site Beverley Park, just across the road, it’s a lovely base for a Devon seaside holiday.
Step out onto the front decking to enjoy the views. Inside, the open-plan lounge has a 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa (the 3-seater folds out into another bed), an electric fire and a TV. The double bedroom has its own en-suite toilet and a TV. There’s central heating and double glazing to keep things cosy on cooler days.
The kitchen has a full-size oven, full-size fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer and toaster, with a dining table that seats four.
We’re a privately owned caravan, and all bookings are handled securely by UK Caravans 4 Hire.

It is on Beverly bay which is a bit quieter than Beverly Park but in walking distance about 5 minutes to club and swimming pools. it also has club room and swimming pool on Beverly bay. I would recommend this caravan for short stay all for a week. I will be booking this in the near future and it is dog friendly. I give it 10 out 10. Thanks.

The caravan is amazing and in the perfect location, It’s clean and modern with decking which is a bonus. Ian is a fantastic host and has been so incredibly helpful so much so we rebooked for next year before we had even left. The park and the local area
On Beverley Bay
Park passes aren’t included, but you don’t need one to enjoy Beverley Bay. If you’d like to use Beverley Park’s facilities across the road (such as the indoor pool and Starlight Bar entertainment), passes can be bought on site.
Beverley Bay is the quieter side of Beverley Holidays. On the Bay you’ll find:
- Cove outdoor pool (seasonal)
- Saltwater Kitchen, Terrace & Bar (seasonal)
- Play area
- Dog walking field
- Dog shower
- Launderette
Across the road on Beverley Park (passes can be bought on site)
Beverley Park’s facilities include an indoor pool, the Lagoon outdoor pool (seasonal), evening entertainment in the Starlight Bar (seasonal), the Jetty restaurant, The Catch takeaway, a shop, adventure golf, a play park, soft play, an arcade, and a gym, sauna and steam room (16+).
Park facilities and opening times are set by Beverley Holidays and vary through the year.
Out and about
- Goodrington Sands is under a mile’s walk away
- Torquay is 3 miles away, Brixham 5.5 miles, Totnes 6 miles and Dartmouth 8 miles
- The South West Coast Path and Torbay’s beaches are close by
Getting around
No car? No problem. Here’s how we get about:
- The number 23 bus stops right outside the park and goes to Paignton, Torquay or Newton Abbot
- The number 12 bus runs from Dartmouth Road to Paignton or Brixham
- Paignton station is about 10 minutes away by taxi or bus
Local attractions
- Splashdown Quaywest: the UK’s largest outdoor waterpark, right next to Goodrington Sands and within walking distance of the park
- Paignton Zoo: 80 acres of wildlife and gardens, home to more than 1,800 animals
- Dartmouth Steam Railway: steam trains run along the coast from Paignton to Kingswear in about 30 minutes, with a short ferry across the River Dart to Dartmouth. Trains pass through Goodrington but don’t currently stop there, so board at Paignton
- Babbacombe Model Village in Torquay: hundreds of hand-crafted models and over 13,000 miniature residents, set in landscaped gardens
Our local favourites
We live just around the corner and know the area really well, so here are our favourites:
- The Waterside Inn, Dartmouth Road, at the bottom of the hill: a nice, reasonably priced Greene King pub run by a great couple. Good for a cheaper meal out and drinks.
- Alan’s Cantonese Takeaway, Dartmouth Road, Goodrington: our personal favourite Chinese.
- Scoff’s Fish & Chips, Torbay Road, Paignton: legendary fish and chips, as featured on Michael Barrymore’s YouTube channel.
- Cattlemans Steakhouse, Totnes Road, Paignton: if you fancy an eating challenge, or just the best steakhouse in the area.

Where is the caravan?
On Beverley Bay, part of Beverley Park, Goodrington Road, Paignton, Devon TQ4 7JE. Beverley Bay is the quieter side of Beverley Holidays, just across the road from the main Beverley Park.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with its own en-suite toilet and a TV, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The 3-seater sofa in the lounge also folds out into another bed.
What about the bathroom?
There’s a bathroom with a shower, plus an en-suite toilet in the double bedroom.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, the caravan is dog friendly. Beverley Bay has a dog walking field and a warm dog shower. Park rules say dogs must be on a short lead and aren’t allowed around the pools, play areas, soft play, the Starlight Bar or shower blocks. Please mention your dog when you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10:30am. Arrival days are Friday, Saturday or Monday, as shown on the booking calendar.
How do we get the keys?
Easy self check-in. We’ll message you a key code through UK Caravans 4 Hire the day before you arrive, so you can let yourself in from 3pm.
Do you offer short breaks?
Yes. Winter, off-season, last-minute and Christmas short breaks are offered, subject to availability on the booking calendar.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, private WiFi is included.
What’s included in the price?
Fuel and power, and bedding, are included in the rent. The kitchen has a full-size oven, microwave, full-size fridge freezer, air fryer and toaster.
Are towels provided?
No, towels aren’t included, so please bring your own. Bedding is included.
